Mikkemannen of Limburg are sweet buns more or less in the shape of a man. zijn zoete broodjes min of meer in de vorm van een man. The word "mik" comes from the Latin word "mica" which means crumb, later on mik was used to point out luxurious bread. Now they include among other pearl sugar, raisins, cinnamon and real butter!
