Black Pearl Brut

The Black Pearl is fully mounted in stainless steel cuves. Yeast and sugar are added during bottling, which means that a refermentation in the bottle will take place. This refermentation creates carbon dioxide in the bottle. According to the Méthode Traditionnelle, this wine is made and then aged in the bottle for at least 18 months.
