TECHNICAL: Méthode traditionnelle, 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir de saigné, 1 year half tank and half cask, 12 months bottle (sur lattes).

DESCRIPTION: color of rose petals, very refreshing, complex and intense, pure with a lot of small red fruits, nicely balanced and with a minimal touch of wood and nice aftertaste.
